Do you offer support?
We offer support on our forum which we will update on a best efforts basis.
If there is any widespread change that affects the guides we will contact you to advise you of these changes. (For example if one of the email clients were to change a setting or a feature). We recommend that you sign up so we can contact you.
The Guides are clearly set out with step by step instructions and screenshots for every step of the process. If you follow the guide you should not have any problems.
Please note that you need to be registered on the site to post questions on the forum but you may read forum questions without logging in.
And please note that we do not offer refunds either, we offer the Essential Guide on a "try before you buy" basis so you can try it for free.
