| I can't log in! |
To download your free guide you have to register and login to our site. If you have any problems registering, logging in to our site, downloading our guide or adding products to the shopping cart please read on. Typically these problems are caused by your Internet Browsers cookie settings. Internet Explorer 7, 8 & 9 and Safari on Mac all have this issue. RegisteringAfter you register you will receive a confirmation email. Logging inAfter you login the Login Menu on the left changes to a User Menu.
And the links to the free guides will be active so you can download them.
If this does not happen for you it is most likely due to the cookie settings in your browser. Please follow the instructions for your browser. If your browser is not mentioned please add a comment below so we can provide instructions.
Internet Explorer 9
Go to the www.Easy-Email.net web site. Click the Settings Icon in the top right hand corner, then click Safety and then Webpage privacy policy...
Click on Settings.
Click Sites.
Enter www.Easy-Email.net in the Address of website field, then click Allow followed by OK.
Restart Internet Explorer 9.
Important! When you login to the site please tick the Remember Me checkbox. Otherwise you might not be able to log in with Internet Explorer 9.
You should now be able to log in with your username and password and add products to the shopping cart.
Internet Explorer 8
Go to the www.Easy-Email.net web site. Click Safety in the top right hand corner, then click Webpage Privacy Policy...
Click on www.Easy-Email.net, then click Summary.
Click Always allow this site to use cookies, then click OK.
Restart Internet Explorer 8. You should now be able to log in with your username and password.
Internet Explorer 7Go to the www.Easy-Email.net web site. Click Page in the top right hand corner, then click Webpage Privacy Policy...
Click on www.Easy-Email.net, then click Summary.

SafariThese instructions are for Safari on Mac. The Windows version should be very similar. Go to Safari -> Preferences. Choose Accept cookies: Always.
