Gmail configuration

Gmail is the basis for the Easy Email solution.

We show you how to configure Gmail to act as a synchronization hub for all of your email accounts or email addresses.

This does not mean that you have to use a gmail address or change your existing email addresses.

Gmail configuration explained in the Easy Email Essential guides includes:

  • Setting up a gmail account if you don't already have one
  • Backing up your gmail emails if you do have one
  • Setting up Gmail POP3 to manage all of your email addresses
  • Enabling Gmail IMAP so that it can synchronize emails

Once this is done you will configure your current email client to synchronize with email.

Gmail configuration explained in the Easy Email Advanced guides includes:

  • Setting up the various addresses you use to send as if they are being sent from that email address
  • setting up separate inboxes and sent mail boxes for each email address
