When you have reached the limit of 5 POP accounts you create a new Gmail account. This account will only be used to fetch email from another 5 POP accounts and forward those emails to your main Gmail account. So the name of the account is not important. You will never send emails from this account.

In the Settings section go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

Then setup forwarding to your main Gmail account. You can choose to delete the emails after they have been forwarded.

Now you can set up the next 5 POP accounts as you did on your main Gmail account.
