During our testing with Outlook 2003 we encountered some issues, which you should be aware of.

One issue is potentially severe, and you should read the article Naughty Outlook before setting up Outlook 2003 for Easy-Email.

We recommend that you upgrade to Outlook 2010 if possible.

Should you become aware of an issue not listed here please drop us a line here and we will add it to the list.

• Mail sent from Outlook 2003 via a non-Gmail outgoing server will be marked as unread in the Sent Mail box.

• In Gmail the email will appear as (unknown sender).
  

• When you reply to an email it will always be from your default account regardless of which email address the email was sent to originally. You have to change the sending email address manually.

• Draft emails are stored in the local folder on the computer – not the Gmail drafts folder. This is due to a limitation in Outlook. This means you cannot start an email in another client and finish it in Outlook or vice versa.
