Create a signature in Outlook 2003

To create a signature follow these steps:

  • Go to Tools → Options.
    Select the Mail Format tab.
    Click Signatures...
    Mail format

  • Then click New...
    New

  • Give your signature a name and click Next.
    Name of signature

  • Enter your signature.
    Click Finish.
    Finish

  • Click OK.
  • Optionally adjust the setting for adding signatures for replies and forwards.
    Click OK.
    Ok

And your new signature is working.
