Create a signature in Outlook 2003
To create a signature follow these steps:

Go to Tools → Options.
Select the Mail Format tab.
Click Signatures...

Then click New...

Give your signature a name and click Next.

Enter your signature.
Click Finish.
- Click OK.
- Optionally adjust the setting for adding signatures for replies and forwards.
Click OK.
And your new signature is working.
