Download emails to Outlook 2003 for offline use
When you use Outlook 2003 with the Easy-Email solution it works as you are used to, however it will synchronize with Gmail instead of downloading emails.
You can choose to download a copy of your emails so you can work offline as well. This means you will be able to read and respond to emails when you are on a plane or a train for instance. Once you get an internet connection again your emails will be sent.
You can choose which emails to have a local copy of on your computer by adjusting the Synchronization Settings.

Note! Click on the images to see a larger version.

For each folder you wish to have access to offline place a check mark next to it and select Download complete item including attachments. If you download headers only you will not be able to see the contents of emails offline.
Note! You will have to make the selection to Download complete item including attachments for each folder.

Click OK when you are done.
The next time you click Send/Receive, all your online email will be downloaded from Gmail. This might take a while depending on how many emails you have.
