Create a signature in Outlook 2007
To create a signature follow these steps:

Go to Tools → Options.
Select the Mail Format tab.
Click Signatures...

Give your signature a name and click OK.

Enter your signature.
Optionally adjust the setting for adding signatures for replies and forwards.
Click OK.

Click OK.
And your new signature is working.
