During our testing with Outlook 2010 we encountered some issues, which you should be aware of.

Should you become aware of an issue not listed here please drop us a line here and we will add it to the list.

• Draft emails are stored in the local folder on the computer – not the Gmail drafts folder. This is due to a limitation in Outlook. This means you cannot start an email in another client and finish it in Outlook or vice versa.
• Outlook 2010 always creates a Junk E-mail folder. This folder will also appear in Gmail.
  
• The first time Outlook 2010 synchronizes with Gmail it can take a long time – please be patient.
  
• When you reply to an email it will always be from your default account regardless which email address the email was sent to originally. You have to change the sending email address manually.
