To create a signature follow these steps:

Note! Click on the images to see a larger version.

  • Go to Tools → Account Settings.
    Select the your account.
    In the Signature text field enter the text for your signature.
    Note that you can also use HTML in the text box or attach a file with text, HTML or an image if you prefer. It is also possible to use vCards.
    Click OK.
