To create a signature follow these steps:

  • Go to Tools → Options.
    Select the Signatures tab.
    Signatures

  • Click New...
    Enter the text for your signature.
    Click Add signatures to all outgoing messages.
    Optionally change the setting for Don't add signatures to Replies and Forwards.
    Click OK.
    Your_signature

And your new signature is working.
