To Import your contacts:

Note! Click on the images to see a larger version.

• Click on Go → Contacts.
  

• Go to File → Import → Comma Separated Values (.CSV).
  

• Browse to the file you wish to import.
  Click Next.
  

• Optionally change the field mapping. Generally the default settings are fine.
  Click Finish.
  

• Your contacts are imported.
  

Your contacts can now be used in Windows Live Mail.
